MWeb - you need lots of patience to get nowhere

Trying to communicate with MWeb is not easy. MWeb has successfully made it difficult to a) log a query, b) correspond in writing, c) get any help from their chat service, d) talk to a real human being by phone. Trying to log a query or move my existing service is an experience with lots frustration, but very few answers (if any).
