Would never recommend their service to anyone. If you do it's on your own. I can't believe i am going to them everyday to find simple solution. I order high speed service while waiting for a response i change my mind due to prices i opted for other option. I call them to cancel the first order but to go with 2nd order. At that time there was nothing done in terms of installation line. They it took multiple calls to cancel and i keep returning the routers they send me at cost they want me to cover. Now they pause internet before i use it they say no funds in my account. Mind you they took 3 service fee R249 on my account. This issue shouldn't have fall into Nov cause first deduction was on 21 of Oct. Up to day i have to keep contacting them. I am sorry cannot say anything good about them they deserve halve a star not even full star.
