MWEB, you are ************* and inconsiderate. I had to call in to find out our previous line was cancelled. Now having to sign up for the same package apparently takes 48 hours, everyday when I call in. All of this just reconnecting, no installation needed, and no internal operations to ensure customers are dealt with correctly. I cannot trust a company who does not follow up on ANYTHING!? How do you not follow through with promises but yet continue with business as per usual? It can only mean that there is no management team in operation. A company cannot be as “hollow” as they appear right now if there was a management team with sufficient strategies in place to ensue smooth operations and quality service. Not one person responsible for reconnecting- every single person I spoke to said we are only due in reconnection, so why is this so hard??????????????????????
