Mweb. Worste service ever

Worste service ever. I have listed numerous queries more than 10. My email has not worked for more than two months. Mweb keep saying it is fixed but it is never fixed. Was fixed once three weeks ago for two days. Since then not working again. I get no response but when I follow up on my queries they are closed as resolved. But nothing is ever resolved
