MWEB WORST SERVICE PROVIDER UNRESPONSIVE ******

I signed a 24 month contract with MWeb in June 2015, I called them a few days later to advise that I was battling to connect, they couldnt help. I then called a few weeks later to cancel the contract, they couldnt help. 4 years later they still cannot cancel a 24 month contract and everytime I call no one on the call is able to assist. Worst service Ive ever received. iv'e had to cancel the debit order with my bank . STAY AWAY FROM MWEB!!!!!!!!!!!! Worse is there is no email address listed, only a no reply email box through which they send statments!
