Mweb - worst service provider - terrible service

This is the worst service provider. We have moved, end of September to a new house, tried to move our fibre line with Mweb. Took for ever, they never answer the phone, you hold on for hours, then they cut you off, you write emails, thye never reply. Then they want you to give a months notice to cancel your subscription. We have been phoning them EVERYDAY...... even wrote to them Facebook, and they reply, "please phone or email them".
