Mweb worst service provider ever

After numerous attempts to call and live chat I have failed as my fibre is not working properly for about 2 weeks . I have tried all possible ways to get hold of them but have failed . I have finally cancelled my fibre with Mweb . The worst service you will ever get . Please refrain from even thinking about using Mweb. No matter how good the specials look .
