MWEB - Worst service provider EVER

Mweb is impossible to get hold of and when you do eventually get through they have numerous excuses. They log a call with Vumatel, the following day, Vumatel sends a message that the problem has been resolved yet NOTHING works!!!!!! I tried for 2 days to get hold of Mweb after this, when I eventually got hold of them they refused to help me or send out a technician, saying that my brother needs to call them. This is very strange because I logged the initial request, the technician assisted me and said the problem is break in the fibre, this was a few days before. This just shows that today's technician just didn't want to assist!! All Mweb can do is to take your money and have every excuse on the planet not to assist or provide the service that I am paying for!!! Oh, and now that I want to cancel and use a different service provider, they suddenly cant transfer any callls!!!! DISGUSTING, PATHETHIC SERVICE!!!!!! Steer clear of them guys!!!!!!
