Mweb worst service provider ever

Gosh this is the worst service provider ever.what goes on in that company you cannot get hold of them u can wait for over a hour until your airtime or minutes is depleted ..they owe me a refund of my money because 3 months ago I took a mweb package over the internet because I couldn't get hold of anyone to talk to so I signed up twice .from Feb I spoke to many people there they said my second line was closed .now in the month of May my debit went off of 519.....plus I received a message that I am in debt with mweb they sent me to the lawyers and..I am in the process of getting a house ..so not to tarnish my name I just paid ...now they telling me I will recieved a credit back on my account ...but my app is saying I must pay 519 ...how can that be wen they sent me a sms stating that I will be credited back .so my question is were is my money atleast a phonecall from you guys ....with regards to this matter ....you guys called me 3 days ago with regards to me saying I don't understand something on the app ...call me for ******* reasons ..but not for something that can help me in the struggle I am in now I work from home and money don't come easy mweb as soon as this contract ends I will make sure that I no longer continue and also make my freinds and family change to I've seen the comments lots of people are having similar problems I thing because they have to many clients so they don't really care much about us as individuals...
