MWEB worst service provider EVER!!!!!

The worse service provider EVER …. What service… NO SERVICE!!!!

We moved and got a notification that out fiber has been activated to our new premises. We are now battling for almost a month (keep in mind paying for a service we are not getting) and we are spending sooooo much airtime to just get hold of someone in the call Centre and then just have to find out we will have to keep on trying as there is now something/someone that needs to intervene to get this sorted. At this point MWEB is steeling our money and time as we are paying for fiber we do not have. How fair is that. Worst service provider ever!!!!
