MWEB - Worst service provider

Worst service ever!!! I upgraded to fibre from LTE, specifically requesting that my mail box not be deactivated. I was assured that it would remain active. After the fibre was activated, my mailbox was not accessible anymore. I called MWEB, only to be told that email is now an additional cost. Horrified at this, I agreed to pay the charge because I needed the email box. Ive had this box for over 20 years.

I was assured that my box will be reinstated during. After speaking to about 10 people, being transferred from one department to the next, using all my airtime, I still have no access to my mailbox.

This is truly pathetic service!!! The last time I did a product change, MWEB lost my mailbox. They seem to have no idea how to work with mailboxes?
