Mweb - worst service I’ve ever experienced

Can anybody tell me what is going on at Mweb? I’m a client for more than 25 years (I think). Fibre was installed at my house on Monday. It’s Friday 15:00. After numerous calls where I got different answers, Mweb has not activate my account yet. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced from them?
