MWEB worst service in the industry

I cancelled my service in June, they ARE still debiting my Nedbank Account which I am trying to close. This is causing serious problems, this my second review on Hello Peter, first one didnt eve get a response. They just dont give a rats ass about thier customers. My next step is the telecommunications regulator. If anybody at Mweb cares my number is ***
