Mweb worst service

I am so disappointed in mweb for the lack of service they provide. The consultants is rude and unhelpful, after holding the line for long periods of time they decide to drop the call on you. When asking for a manager to call you back they never do just give excuses all the time. They take your money but don't provide any service and when you want to cancel or request a refund they unable to help you. Pathetic service I would never recommend anyone to this service provider cos when you have 1 issue you must forget about it being sorted. I have been calling for 2 months to have my service canceled but the agents just transfer your call all around the call centre. Worst service ever. Don't waste your time and money on this company
