MWEB - Worst service EVER!!!

I could not get through to an agent. Your communication is non-existing. No email?! No replies to queries! Worst service EVER. Won't recommend and very dissapointed. I would give you a zero!! Work on your customer service! Your automated option menu is useless and you have such bad reviews, yet you are doing nothing to correct it. I held on for up to 20 min at a time and gave up calling. I left 2 queries through my account and asked for a call back. Still waiting for a reply on both.... Pathetic and incompotent!
