MWEB worst service ever

MWEB's service is pathetic. I have hold on for over an hour and also tried their online "live chat" system to help us with a technical issue with our emails on their domain server. I am now on the live chat for over 3 hours and the system tells me I will be helped soon. They have no respect for their clients time. I would like management to phone me but one cannot get their number nor e mail addresses.
