Mweb worst service ever

Mweb is useless!!!! We moved home and logged a moving home with them. They informed us the new house is through Metro Fibre just to find out 6 days later it's through Open Serve. All this time we been phoning and querying and wasting airtime and data as we work from home. The person I spoke to this morning had a who cares attitude. Yet our account is paid in full every month!!
