MWeb: WORST SERVICE EVER

We have been a Mweb customer since 2021. Tomorrow we will be without internet for 3 weeks. After 11 phone calls, almost 4 hours on the phone, still no joy from Mweb, WORST SERVICE EVER. You are happy to take our money every month even if no service is rendered. It shows how little you value your customers. Please go and read your customer reviews. Luckily you are not the only internet service provider in the country. I am done wasting my money on you. If my internet problem does not get resolved as a matter of urgency, I will have no other choice but to cancel our subscription and move to a different service provider. I will also do my ultimate best to convince every person I know that deals with MWeb, to move to a different service provider as no one deserves this terrible service which I am paying for.
