Mweb "Worst" service and Technical Support

I've dealing with mweb so called technical support that don't know anything about what they are doing. I've been back and forward on phone calls with support team to assist me with intermittend fibre connection. Vumatel say there is nothing wrong on their side and will also not be sending out a tech support person out to my premises to come investigate issue. I no longer want to speak to any consultants. I want manager to contact me and come sort their nonsens out. I had it with bad service and consultants that clearly don't know how to resolve issues. Mweb pulled the last string today with the bad service. I will go public and ensure people are aware of the bad service and technical support that can't resolve issues.
