MWEB- WORST SERVICE

MWEB -WORST SERVICE I Have signed up with MWEB on the 9 November 2019, Up to today Fibre was installed but not activated!!

...This is by far the worst experience I've ever had to encounter. The service is horrible the consultants even worse!!! My fibre hasn't been activated for the past month and I have been served nothing but excuses or no explanation at all. However they're quick to bill for a service that hasn't been provided.
