Mweb = Worst Service

You guys can't bill me for something that you guys cancelled without my permission. Furthermore, not one agent has called me back, even though this matter was meant to be escalated and I was promised a call back. You will not get a cent from me regarding this, as you cancelled the order without my permission. I then signed up with Axxess as clearly mweb didn't want me as a customer and Axxess hasn't given me any issues. You didn't do installation, so all that needs to be done is for you guys to collect your unused router. Then our relationship is done. Don't give me generic responses, this matter has to be resolved properly.
