Mweb - worst provider with the worst customer service

MWEB FIBRE - if I could give negative stars I would. If I could advise anyone thinking of using Mweb as a Fibre provider and coordinator - or anything really.... DONT!!I They are up there with the worst service and customer service I have experienced. We have been waiting for fibre for our house for almost 2 months. They request additional info - we provide it and then we hear nothing for another 3 weeks. The router arrives 3 days after the set up. Their lack of communication and accountability is shocking. Everything gets escalated and nobody contacts you. I will never recommend them as a provider.
