Mweb worst poor service delivery and inflated **** bills

Mweb is a terrible and horrible ISP they have acted upon a false moving order request without my approval I had no Idea what was going on until the 11 January when mweb canceled my services abruptly without notification and I have a credit now mweb keeps sending me bills when I have a R1107 credit to mweb I have phoned and canceled mweb due to pathetic customer service and poor service delivery they charge for a service not delivered, mweb needs to refund my money owed to me there was no connection as I canceled why am I being billed for something that mweb did, extremely dissatisfied I'm going to take further steps ahead ....it's my right as a client to get the service paid for and not be over charged or billed for no reason. Mweb accounts need to get their act together and stop charging people for nothing an investigation needs to be done on mweb.
