MWEB WORST NETWORK PROVIDER

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. I tried continuously getting in contact with a consultant, but the one agent transferred me to the next and no one seems to be able to solve my query. I had to wait 10-15 min between each transfer for someone just to pick up the phone and try to assist. After 30 - 40 min of waiting I had to put down the phone as I was once again transferred and had to get back to work. (This happened twice) No one has 3 or more hours a day to wait on the phone to get a simple query solved. Furthermore, there is no use sending MWEB a message on Facebook as they do not respond. There is also no customer care email address that can be used. I would really recommend not using this service provider, I would much rather pay more and use a network provider that actually delivers service and respond to client queries.
