surely one of the worst ISPs. have been with them a long time because switching is such a nuisance. but surely no one can have worse customer service. you wait for ages to get service on the phone and then invariably when you are number 1 in a long long queue they cut you off and you have to start all over again. plus they mess up any product alteration you apply for.
