MWEB-Worst ISP to deal with, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I app**** for fibre on the 25 April 2024. I have tried numerous times to find out the status of my application but my calls never get answered. I have no access to the internet since the 25 April. This is the worst service I have received from any service provider.
