Mweb worst ISP, stay away!

Did you know, Mweb do not have offices, all done remotely! Waiting for them to release my line, spending hours on the phone trying to get this sorted, so we can connect with another ISP, this is the reason for leaving mweb, no customer support what so ever, hours on the phone every time you phone, this is shocking! So nobody knows where the next person is situated who is working for mweb, cost effective for mweb, and the customers suffer! I would advise anybody to rather use another ISP but mweb! Pity it took me 12 years to get rid of mweb, should have done it sooner!
