MWEB WORST ISP in South Africa!!!!

Absolutely the worst ISP ever, i called about 5 times to try sort out the terrible internet speed i had. Im from a 8mb line to a 10mb line and i wish i never changed to mweb. My wife cant work duting the day because of the terrible speed, and at night we use mobile data because its 10times faster.

I have to restart my router 3 times a day to try and fix no connection problems. Technical apartment dont know anything as they try to give terrible explanations to the cause.

How can i just cansel my contract and move to a more reliable isp.
