MWEB - worst ISP for Fibre..

With the rollout of vumareach Fibre in some areas, needless to say I was excited to get on this bandwagon which offers a faster, cheaper and uncapped option. I placed a pre order on Mwebs website as an upgrade to the LTE product we have with them. This was in OCTOBER 2020. Since then we have been from pillar to post, poor customer service from all the agents spoken to and still nobody knows whats happening. We had to replace the order using a different account because for some reason they couldn't find the first order. I paid for the service to have the line installed already and when speaking to Vuma, they are saying that they never received an order from Mweb for my address?...so in a nutshell, I've placed and paid for an order and nobody knows about it... Seriously the worst ISP to use for Vuma Fibre. I've been on the line with Mweb 3 times today and each time a consultant transfers me to a different department who also knows nothing. MWEB has dropped the ball with Fibre products, DO NOT USE!!
