MWEB WORST ISP

I had fibre installed and had very efficient service by a sales man who obviously wanted the business. Once the fibre installation was done I have been waiting for activation . I have since passed my 48 hour waiting period but still not activiation. Tried calling numerous times and each time the wait is a minimum of 20 minutes to get through to a bunch of incompotent technical and sales staff, only to be cut off when trying to transfer me to yet another department. THIS the worst service I have ever experienced and deeply regret my decision to use MWEB as my ISP!!!!! I need this resolved ASAP
