Mweb, worst internet service provider with poor customer service. You sign up, you basically on your own!

The worst customer services and internet service provider. I have been without internet for 3 weeks now, calling them is super expensive and exhausting. I have been sent from pillar to post with zero help. They also don’t want me to cancel their service because of the contract, but I have been following up with no one calling back or tracking my internet issues. I have been struggling worse working from home but they just don’t care.
