Mweb worst internet service provider

The worst experience ever, I've had the Service for less than a month, Services was installed and worked fine for 1 week thereafter never work properly again, mweb customer service does nothing to assist, I have called them over 20 times but no solution given, they only do speed test, the broadband drops out every 10 minutes, I request a engineer to come to fix the issue, but no one has still come, a compete waste of time and money, technical team is absolutely ridiculous they don't look at notes from the previous conversation and make you go over everything again and ask to just do speed test, what's the use of even having them!!!
