MWEB WORST INTERNET PROVIDER!!

I am absolutely disgusted with the "service" that I have received from Mweb!! I have been complaining about my internet since the 8th of January 2024 & still nothing has been done! I get told they going to send out technicians which was already 3 weeks ago & I'm still waiting! I send query after query & nobody gets back to me. I try phone & their call centre doesn't even work properly so I can never get through to anyone!! WORST INTERNET PROVIDER EVER!!!!
