MWEB - Worst Idiots To Do Business With

Mweb is the worst company to contact or to do business with. I have an Wifi contract with these idiots. I am trying to contact them because despite the fact that I have allot of data in my cards still left, my card is not working. I am trying to phone these idiots since yesterday and all that is happening is you listen to that stupid adverti*****ts of theirs. I was on the phone this morning for 30 minutes sitting and listening to this irritating (let me not swear). I then phoned back and went through to sales, the agent answered within a minute. When I then told the sales agent what my frustration is, the sales person advised that she will call a technical idiot to speak to me, but this sales idiot dropped the phone on me. I tried to log the query online but this idiot website is not allowing me inn, and it states there is an error if I press forgotten password just to make sure I am not so stupid like this mweb idiots. I tried to cancel my contract with this idiots the last time but they requested me to pay for the duration of this contract of which I understand, but why pay for this idiot network where you dont get any service from. I am now gonna write this report to ICASA as well and I am gonna reverse my debit orders from tomorrow, until this idiots phone me and have my concerns addressed.
