Mweb worst fiber host ever

So MWEB is hosting fiber... Mweb is most F####ing hopeless host for fiber..... for almost 2 weeks.... these fuc###g people have been saying don't worry I will connect n set everything up today..... they are doing absolutely **** all.... how long I must sit and hear same story from Mweb workers ....
