MWEB worst ever

MWEB . . . Has to be the worst company to deal with. I am being overcharged on my LTE contract. You can NEVER EVER get through to them by phone. They claim to have an online Query logging facility, but hey ... all they do is close your call without giving any explanations. Could someone at Mweb please contact me, or have the decency to reply to this post.
