MWEB - Worst email service provider - NO Service from MWEB

Worst experience ever with Mweb.

Charged me for an email box that was not mine, and was not used, cannot get a credit.

They made an email address inactive in error. Held for 2.5 hours for support, their chat support does not answer, just to be told I must talk to sales. After four phones calls between different departments, was told the email address has been reactivated.

Cannot login, and I am told it has to be escalated, and I must wait three weeks for technical support.

For an error that was made by MWEB

Do not trust them with your email - they cannot host and manage effectively.
