Mweb - Worst customer service

What an aweful experience dealing with mweb on Fiber line issues. Have logged the same issue 3 times in 2 weeks. Fiber speed runs perfect for 3-5 days then all of a sudden 0,92. Everytime 40min on cell phone and NO no-one is allowed to phone you back. Same tests and drills. Then all of a sudden it works again for 4 days. Today phone twice and still no luck with line speed........so frustrated
