MWEB-WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Would not recommend Mweb at all! Fibre installed a week ago. Made possibly 40 calls thus far just to get activated. The wait time on calls are pathetic! There are apparently no managers to assist irate clients. That means speaking to 10 different consultants, explaining the same issue with no joy, over and over. This has been a very stressful experience thus far and I am not even connected yet! I have sent numerous emails and copied every address I could find, and not one person has the courtesy to respond!!
