Mweb - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Mweb is possibly the worst company to deal with to resolve issues. I submitted change of ownership documents via the portal as communicated by an agent on two separate occasions. I received a reference number on both occasions still nothing has been actioned; I have since been disconnected. Now trying to get hold of agent. What a joke. I have been on hold for over 2 hours, and sitting 1st in the queue for over 45 min. They don't even deserve 1 star.
