Mweb - Worst customer service.

Absolutely shocked by the service of MWEB. Struggling for the last 2 weeks to get my fiber activated. Been speaking to 6 different people in the sales department 3 would've called me back and the last one had me on hold for the last 30min.

No one can or want to assist me, I sit with an order number and still no one can assist and rather point fingers to other division's.
