MWEB Worst customer service !!!

When it comes to CUSTOMER SERVICE Mweb is the worst, if you do not have airtime then you will never get through to this company, Even via there App log a query option i did this weeks ago and Guess what until today No1 has gotten back to me..as mentioned if you have no airtime then weather they billed you wrong or your internet is down ..this company will leave you hanging i assure you that ive now experienced it myself TRUST ME they are bad in customer service.
