Mweb - Worst customer experience ever

Paid an administration fee of R 250.00 on 23 April 2024 over to mweb for my fibre installation. After numerous unanswered calls to date on 04 May 2024 I have not received a call or an update of when installation will take place. This is the worst customer experience and I will not recommend mweb to anyone.
