MWEB - Worst Company to deal with

The worst SP you can find. Do yourself a favor by staying away from this company. I gave notice in January 2024 for the end of February 2024 and they just simply continue billing me although I was not using their services any longer and to date, no acknowledgment or call from them. Now they wish to threaten my with black listing on the credit bureau.
