MWEB WORSE SERVICE PROVIDER

Mweb is the worse service provider. Our service was suspended due to a shortfall in payment. When we called they said R500 is still outstanding. It was paid immediately. 4 days later it is not yet switched on and when we call them we stay in a queue but the call to end without speaking to a consultant. If you request a call back they never return the call. You can’t evens cancel there service in the first year then you must pay the full contract amount. What do we as consumers do with interruption in our service. MWeb please resolve our matter today still.
