Mweb worse service ever

People please stay clear of mweb. I requested a refund 2 weeks back as I was new to them as ISP for vumatel. I paid the voucher money in there account because I received invoice from them with account number. They then told me that I had to buy the voucher on there web page and they will refund the money. Yesterday I received a Facebook message "Hi Faldie,

As per feedback, please note once the refund is processed confirmation will be sent to you directly via SMS or email. Thank you" The message don't have any turn around time and two weeks already past. Today my internet connection was disconnected because of there delayed process. I am going to cancel them as ISP coz if they already have this type service I don't see myself with a company that take 2 weeks just to process a refund and the money don't belong in there bank account.
