Mweb, worse by far

Mweb is by far the worst customer service corporate company I have ever have to deal with.

They deducted almost R 3000 from my bank account for router etc, which was supposed to be free.

Now, they have to refund and a week and half later still no refund. Said it will take 72 hours. Now still waiting for approval and they work from home. So no one can tell when the approval will be done. To make it worst, the amount is wrong. Cannot contact a manager or supervisor. I am totally disgusted to say the least.
