Mweb won't let me cancel

I just signed up for Fibre and input the wrong details. Now it's impossible to cancel and start over. The online chat bot is a joke. Call center takes forever to answer then keeps transferring me around. Back to Afrihost I go. Mweb just better not try and charge me. Pathetic company. How can a data provider have such a terrible website as well?
