Mweb wont free a Vumatel line at our address because the previous tenant owes them mone

I just received a call from Buzybuy regarding feedback Vumatel provided them, that Mweb is refusing to allow Vumatel to cut the line due to the fact that the PREVIOUS tenant still owes Mweb money.......this is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! I provided proof that we are now the new tenants at this property and need to activate our line with Buzybuy as our ISP! We are running a business from home and we have 2 kids that need to do online schooling EVERYDAY! We have NOTHING to do with Mweb and the previous tenants issues but we are now suffering because of them.
