Mweb wont allow me to Cancel.

Can some Please help me with this **** for brains Mweb. I have canceled my order a few times now. But today i still got the router from them. I send them emails. Called them. Messenger nothing is working. I never get a human to talk to. And yet they dont cancel my order. Not even a cancel button on their website. Please i need some help. Im not gonna pay for a service I dont want to use or canceled beforehand.
